Brand + Web DesignThe New York State Tenant Bloc is a sister organization to Housing Justice for All. Their goal is to organize 250,000 tenants statewide into a unified force to win safe, stable, affordable housing for everyone in New York. They aim to transform New York’s political landscape by bringing together the economic power of tenants organized in their buildings with the political power of tenant voters into statewide infrastructure.

That was the fundamental vision of these policy explainers I designed to communicate the key promises of the campaign.

Brand + Web DesignRIRJ is a program to fund and partner with community-based organizations in New York City and Puerto Rico to develop climate-focused solutions within their communities. RIRJ projects sit at the intersection of arts, culture and environmental and racial justice.

Lead Together
Brand + Web DesignLead Together was developed by a coalition of progressive organizations to equip organizers and advocates with information, resources, and opportunities to connect around State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) campaigns across the country. The website is a collective learning hub to share campaign experiences, explore case studies, and simplify confusing technical information.
University Settlement
Campaign DesignChildcare in NYC is an unaffordable,
bureaucratic nightmare for working families, causing displacement out of the city. We created this multilingual print and digital campaign to show NYC parents that University Settlement and their peer organizations provide trusted community-based childcare options and resources.

Asylum Seekers Needs Report
Survey + Report DesignSince 2022, New York City has seen a massive influx of asylum seekers, displaced from their home countries due to violence and persecution. Make the Road New York published Leaving Behind the Newest New Yorkers to highlight the vast challenges these new migrants face in accessing the most basic resources, and to advocate for the support and dignity they deserve.

¡El Puente Pa’lante!
Zine DesignEl Puente is a community human rights institution that promotes leadership for peace and justice through the engagement of youth and adult members of South Williamsburg’s Latine community in Los Sures. ¡El Puente Pa’lante!, an eight-page zine printed in English and Spanish, features a poster-size map of Los Sures, which is found by unfolding the zine and flipping it over, and a loose-leaf insert highlighting a current air quality campaign. This insert can be swapped out in the future to highlight their next campaigns, while maintaining the permanent historical and educational content in the zine itself.
Summer Forever
Calendar Design + IllustrationA survey series documented and examined the impact of a Summer Fridays policy on staff and their time management, workloads, and work/life balance, then an illustrated calendar was created with the findings Summer Forever presents the quantitive and qualitative findings with data visualizations and scenic illustrations.
